Welcome to Vision Master AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and store your information. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the Vision Master AI app.

Personal information we collect:

• Registration details: First name, last name, and email address
• Personal photos: 15+ photos of you for AI model training
• Personal vision: Your responses to our detailed questionnaire about personal goals and dreams
• Personal preferences: Usage patterns and preferences learned automatically (only with explicit consent)
• Payment data: Purchase history and token management
• Generated content: Visions, ideas, and images created for you

The photos you provide for AI model training are images of your face (“facial photos”). We use Apple’s on-device Vision technology only to confirm that a clear, well-framed face is present while you take each photo; this check runs entirely on your device and is never stored or transmitted. We do not create, derive, or store any biometric identifier, face template, faceprint, or facial-recognition data from your photos, and we do not use Face ID or face-tracking.

Your facial photos are used only to train your personal image-generation model and to create your personalized images. They are never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data mining, and are never sold to third parties.

Your source facial photos are deleted from our servers automatically once your personal AI model has finished training — they are not kept long-term. The trained model and the personalized images it generates are stored by our model-training provider (FAL.AI) while your account is active, and are deleted when you delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

• LoRA models: Trained models are securely stored on FAL.AI servers with full encryption and protection
• Generated images: All AI-generated images are securely stored on FAL.AI servers
• Digital signatures: Payment protection using HMAC

• Access: You can see what personal information we hold about you
• Correction: You can update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data
• Processing restriction: You can request to limit how we use your information
• Data portability: You can receive a copy of your data

We retain your information as long as your account is active and required for the operation of the service. Payment history is retained for legal compliance purposes.

If you choose to delete your account, we will delete most of your personal information from our systems, except for information required to be retained by law.

Some of your information may be transferred to servers in the United States (FAL.AI, Google Vertex AI). We ensure that these transfers comply with applicable privacy laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
