Introduction

Welcome to Vision Master AI. The following terms of service apply to your use of our application and services. By registering and using the application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

Using the Vision Master AI application constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms of service and the privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the service.

Service Description

Vision Master AI provides a platform for creating personalized vision boards using artificial intelligence:

• Creating a personal vision through a detailed questionnaire
• Training a custom AI model (LoRA) from your photos
• Generating personalized images for your vision board
• Tools for designing and organizing your vision board
• A token system for managing service costs
• Sharing generated content to social platforms including TikTok

User Obligations

Authorized Use

Use the service for lawful purposes only. Provide accurate information during registration. Keep your account credentials confidential. Do not share account access with others.

Permitted Content

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload offensive, violent, or illegal content. Do not upload photos of others without their consent. Respect copyrights and intellectual property.

Token System & Payments

Token System

The service operates on a token-based system. Each action costs a predefined number of tokens. Tokens can be purchased in various packages. Payments are processed through Google Play.

Refunds

Used tokens are non-refundable. In case of a technical failure, tokens will be refunded for actions that were not completed as requested.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. We use your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Generated Content

The visions and images generated for you through the service belong to you. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

Our Service

All rights to the application, code, and technology are reserved by us. Using the service does not grant you intellectual property rights in the service itself.

AI Services & Third Parties

AI Reliance

The service relies on external AI services (FAL.AI, Google Vertex AI, TikTok Content Posting API). We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of content generated by AI systems.

Service Availability

Service availability depends on our external service providers. We do our best to maintain high availability.

Data Storage & Models

LoRA Models (Trained Models)

Your trained model (LoRA) — created from your personal photos and used to generate personalized images — is securely stored on FAL.AI servers with encryption. Only you can use your model through the application.

Generated Images

All images generated for you are securely stored on FAL.AI servers, protected with encryption and accessible only to you through the application.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. We are not responsible for content generated by AI systems and recommend verifying that content is suitable for its intended use.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@pnima.in. Unused tokens will not be refunded.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to close accounts in case of terms of service violations or unauthorized use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be published in the application and via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms of service are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Israel.
