Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Vision Master AI application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Vision Master AI is operated by Pnima ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vision Master AI is an AI-powered visualization app that helps users create personalized vision boards and AI-generated images. The App uses artificial intelligence to:

• Create a personal vision: Based on your questionnaire responses about your goals and dreams
• Train a custom AI model: Using photos you provide to generate personalized images
• Generate vision board images: AI-created images featuring you in your envisioned future
• Daily wallpaper rotation: Automatically set vision board images as your phone wallpaper
• Idea generation: AI-powered suggestions for new visualization content

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One account per person: Each user may maintain only one account
• Account termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

The App uses a token-based economy for AI-powered features:

• Initial grant: New users receive tokens upon completing their first purchase during onboarding
• Token usage: Tokens are consumed when generating images, creating vision boards, editing images, and other AI features
• Purchases: Additional tokens can be purchased through Google Play in-app purchases
• Non-refundable: Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
• No real-world value: Tokens have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Expiration: We reserve the right to set expiration periods for unused tokens with reasonable advance notice

• Your photos: You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for AI model training and image generation
• Generated content: Images generated by the App using your trained AI model are owned by you for personal, non-commercial use
• Appropriate content: You agree not to upload photos that are illegal, offensive, infringe on third-party rights, or depict minors without parental consent
• Content removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• No guarantees: AI-generated images are created algorithmically. We do not guarantee specific results, likeness accuracy, or image quality

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service: Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Generate harmful content: Create images depicting violence, hate speech, explicit content, or content that could harm others
• Impersonate others: Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent to generate images of them
• Reverse engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App or its AI models
• Abuse the system: Exploit bugs, manipulate the token system, or circumvent usage limits
• Commercial use: Use generated images for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Scrape or automate: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App or its services

• App ownership: The App, its design, code, AI models (excluding your personal LoRA model), branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by Pnima
• Your LoRA model: The custom AI model trained on your photos is created for your personal use within the App. It cannot be downloaded, exported, or used outside the App
• Trademarks: "Vision Master AI," our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Pnima. You may not use them without permission
• Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you

• As-is service: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• AI limitations: AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations. Results vary based on input quality and AI model capabilities
• No guarantees: We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved
• Not professional advice: The App provides visualization tools, not professional life coaching, psychological, or financial advice

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pnima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pnima and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

• By you: You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Surviving provisions: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
